• We always invoice for design or maintenance work electronically either via PayPal or the billing Script.

• You may pay online with MasterCard / Visa / American Express and Discover through Paypal or I can invoice you if you do not have PayPal from my other credit card processing site.  This all takes place on secure servers. You will be automatically sent an email receipt of your transaction - please print and save this for your records.

• We will accept personal/business checks - if you snail-mail your payment in, we must wait until the check clears before adding your site or any additional features.  NOTE: Returned Checks are subject to a $35.00 Returned Check Fee, in addition to the amount due.

• We accept cashier's checks or money orders only, but they MUST be received within 5 days of the invoice or agreed upon due date, or if for hosting 3 days PRIOR to your due date if you are in CA - 5 days prior if you are in any other state.

• Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and MUST be received within 5 business days - Late payments may be subject to a Late Fee in addition to amount owed.

• We will send you an invoice from Paypal if you are not on our automated billing system. Sites which are more than 7 days late are subject to being suspended.

Late Fees

• 7 days late without notification, site is suspended. $5.00 fee to re-instate site

• 15 Days late, site is terminated off the server. Can reinstate from backup with hosting fees paid and there is a $15.00 Fee to reinstate site.

• 45 days late, must pay all hosting fees due, will incur $30.00 fee to reinstate site from backup and you will be moved to a prepayment plan or your web hosting.

• If you are late more than 3 times, you will incur a late fee for every month plus be moved to a prepayment plan for your web hosting.
